I'm always wary when someone asks me to write a "5 star review" especially after having maintenance done.

Keeping my 2002 Jetta TDI on the road

Just leased my second VW from Mike Kinney in Wyoming Valley Motors VW/Mazda sales. He is a professional and courteous salesperson and answers any questions you might have timely. Looking forward to the next transaction!

The mounts for the condenser were intentionally broken off and was bent/twisted to be inserted, WITHOUT anything holding it tight. With this, and vibrations of driving an unmounted condenser had busted a hole in my radiator causing an overheat. Not trusting this institution, I ended up having my VW Jetta towed 200 miles home to our trusted mechanic of 30+ years to fix not only the condenser but now a radiator that shouldn't need repaired.

The parts department was very helpful and fast service even during there lunch walked in and walked right out and treated well by pat who was in charge of getting me my coolant

Tread carefully.

After he had torn into my car, he also adds the front bumper was never taken off (as I paid graciously for their "labor rate" of doing so) and confirms the condenser was forced from the top. The AC its self was not charged properly, which I had paid for, and cause the AC compressor to go as well.

I'll add photos when I find them on my old phone.

Assuming this dealership would do the correct thing was my first mistake. I had a 2012 Jetta with AC issues and needed a new condenser due to damage from the previous owner. I knew how to do it and could do it, IF I wasn't living hours from my hometown.
